Handstand Class


See the World Upside Down

Spend an hour with us learning to stand on your hands! This is the absolute best way to overcome the fear of inversions and learn the proper technique and alignment of the handstand. This class is “hands-down” the most fun you’ll have upside down as you discover how to tuck, straddle, and press your way into a handstand. Even if you never perform a handstand in a show, think of the great party tricks you’ll be able to do!

Don’t worry, you won’t be spending the entire class on your hands. We vary the class with warm ups, partner exercises, and circuit-style training (no jumping jacks here, unless you do it on your hands). Handstand Class is taught in a relaxed, safe atmosphere which encourages student participation, experimentation, and natural progress.

Handstand Class is for you – whether you are a total beginner, an advanced athlete, or a seasoned yogi. The benefits are:
