Experience the Power of Acrofit Power 2

Acrofit Power 2 builds on the unique moves in Acrofit Power 1 and brings fun and working out to a new level! Discover the joy of learning new acrobatic moves like the Hurricane, the Power Wheel, and the L-Sit. This class is 60-minutes long and takes you through a thorough and stimulating conditioning session that integrates acrobatics, isometric training, strength movements, and plyometrics. It’s an hour of fun on your yoga mat – just remember to smile!

Every class begins with deep breathing to cleanse your body and mind of stress, builds in intensity, and then tapers down to more breathing, and finally a restful, guided meditation.

Just a note – you can do Acrofit Power 2 even if you’ve never tried Acrofit Power 1. Just be prepared for a slightly more intense class, although the instructor can and will vary every exercise to suit your level.
