Impress your friends, family, and yourself with the new moves you learn at Acrofit Power 1! This class is fun – ideal for the beginner wanting to start a new workout that sways away from the ordinary or for the returning athlete who wants a stimulating and challenging conditioning session. Acrofit Power 1 is a 60-minute class that combines basic acrobatics, cardio and strength training, all done on your yoga mat.
Every class begins with deep breathing to cleanse your body and mind of stress, builds in intensity, and then tapers down to more breathing, and finally a restful, guided meditation.
Learn to do interesting and unique moves like the Candle Roll, the Forward Roll, and the Frog. It’s non-traditional training, entertaining all on its own, and an amazing and efficient way to create a lean, functional body type, with increased balance, stamina, endurance, and coordination.
